Coordinator's Manual

The Coordinator’s Manual is designed to give the leaders in charge of The Christian Life Skills, Inc. Mentoring Ministry at your church or program the information necessary to plan, organize, and implement the ministry, after acquiring the necessary tools and conditions. Those tools and conditions include clearances, the Christian Life Skills curriculum for the targeted age group, a workable space available on a regular basis, a team of individuals with clearances, trained and equipped to operate the Christian Life Skills, Inc. ministry, basic supplies for recreation, snacks, and other necessities required for working with children or youth. The Coordinator’s Manual presumes a team leadership approach with the possibility of co-coordinators and/or an administrative team consisting of 3 – 4 persons who meet regularly and collaborate prayerfully to build a strong successful leadership team, and, as a result, a strong successful ministry.
